Independent Whisky Bottler
That Boutique-y Whisky Company is an independent bottler of single malt Scotch whiskies as well as single grains, blended malts and even the odd blended whisky too. Producing limited release batches from selected parcels of stock, their range boasts whiskies from a variety of celebrated distilleries (including some closed distilleries) and each numbered bottle is adorned with a comic book-style, hand-illustrated label.
Independent Gin Bottler
The world's first independent gin bottler, That Boutique-y Gin Company works with the world’s best distillers and brands to create new, exciting and innovative expressions. Each gin is presented in a fun illustrated label design, much like the offerings from sister enterprise, That Boutique-y Whisky Company. Alongside expressions from award-winning distilleries expect to discover original creations such as flavoured variants Cherry Gin and Spit-Roasted Pineapple Gin.
English Compound Gin
Copper pot-distilled gin is made with juniper, coriander and other fragrant botanicals, before being infused with orange peel, cassia, juniper, coriander, cardamom and clove. This infusion is meticulously blended back into the gin, giving Bathtub its unique character; allowing those fresh botanical flavours – too delicate to survive traditional distillation – to shine through, and giving the gin its distinctive botanical hue. It’s only finished once wrapped, strung and waxed by hand.
Unpeated
Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky
Classic Bruichladdich is unpeated, floral and complex. Trickle distilled from 100% Scottish barley using much of the original Victorian machinery, the methods employed by the craftsmen to coax the spirit into being, continue unchanged. The spirit matures for all its life in warehouses on the shores of Loch Indaal and is bottled at the distillery using Islay spring water. This is natural whisky, un-chill filtered and
colouring-free.
Heavily Peated
Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky
The power of peat with the elegance, complexity and floral top notes for which Bruichladdich stills are famous.
Port Charlotte single malts, peated to a heavyweight 40ppm, represent an ongoing exploration into the peat-fired legacy of a great distillery, now silent. Heavily peated Islay single malt Scotch whisky. Distilled, matured and bottled, un-chill filtered and colouring-free, at Bruichladdich Distillery, Isle of Islay, Scotland.
Super Heavily Peated
Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky
Octomore is a sophisticated Islay single malt Scotch whisky with a dedicated following. Islay Dry Gin
The Botanist is a super-premium artisanal gin from the Hebridean island of Islay. Having a core of nine classic gin botanicals, The Botanist is then, uniquely augmented by 22 hand-foraged island botanicals. In this sense, The Botanist is a rare expression of the heart and soul of this wild, Scottish island and of the culture, philosophy and passion of those who made it.
Barbadian Rum
Mount Gay is the oldest, most storied and nuanced rum in the world. Local ingredients are selected, distilled using Mount Gay's unique double-pot process which came to the Caribbean island of Barbados with the first merchant ships in 1703, then aged to maturity in Bourbon oak barrels before marrying.
Cocktail Bitters
Bitter Bastards represents a whole new approach with a huge range of innovatively produced, single-botanical cocktail bitters. Out go undesirable over- 'stewed' notes and overbearing tannins, in comes rapid-maceration extraction. Out go filtration (where oils can be lost) and flocculation (where chemical agents are added) and in comes the centrifuge!

Mak is a highly regarded connoisseur of libations, cuisine, cigars, watches and pens amongst many other items of skilled craftsmanship. After receiving his
Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Business Administration & Finance from European Business School in London, Mak spent five years with Barclays as Private Wealth Manager for clients throughout Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, Syria and Turkey. Afterwards, he became a successful international entrepreneur in areas of telecommunications, real estate and importing. At present, he is devoting his energies to his passion for food and beverage, as hotelier, distributor, retailer and consultant.
Patsy Christie
Sales & Marketing
Patsy is an internationally praised spirit guru. In 2007 she was recruited from behind the bar to become Mixologist, Trainer and MIXXIT Manager by international drinks firm Maxxium; representing the company’s portfolio of premium spirits (Rémy Cointreau, The Edrington Group, Beam Global and V&S) throughout North America, Europe and Japan. She grabbed the attention of Edrington executives in 2012 and was appointed The Macallan Brand Ambassador throughout the Middle East until co-founding ABV / ALCOHOL BY VOLUME. Her tour de force career is splattered across the internet in videos, articles, interviews, photos and recipes.
